Refund Policy​

Coaching packages are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and do not divide the package into separate session purchases. Clients are committing to the full coaching engagement.

Included Materials
Physical materials (including books, affirmation cards, or other resources) are included as part of the coaching package and are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

Session Completion Timeline
All sessions must be completed within 8 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions expire after this period.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without communication, will be considered used and deducted from the package.

​

In the case of illness or genuine emergency, accommodations may be made at Amanda’s discretion.

​

All sessions must be completed within 8 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
